While this usually depends on the task, hourly packages are most often assigned to the suitable team member available at the moment. You may or may not get a dedicated assistant when it comes to hourly packages. The team lead will assign the job to a suitable team member based on your requirement.
I have several different tasks, that need expertise in different areas. Can IndianVA handle that and how?
Yes, if you have several different tasks with diverse expertise like for example designing and data entry, we can surely handle them for you. Depending on the package you have opted for, work will be allocated to the suitable VA depending on the assigned task. The team leader handles the tasks and reports to you on the tasks.
How does a part time assistant work? Will he/she work directly with me?
Yes, part time VA works for 4 hours/day, 5 days/ week and he/she works directly with you. The VA will be available to talk to you in Skype, Whatsapp, email / Phone. VA is responsible to attend to your tasks for 4 hours/day and the team leader will monitor the VA to ensure that the job is being done in a timely and perfect manner.
How do full time assistants work? Will he/she work with me directly?
Yes, full time VA is your dedicated assistant and the VA works just for you for 8 hours/day, 5 days/week. VA is not assigned any other job and he/she is just your assistant and works exclusively for you. Full time VA will be available in Skype, email, Whatsapp and Phone for discussions and task allocations.
How is my data secured? Can I trust VA?
Every assistant works from our office and everyone is legally employed. Data privacy is our prior responsibility and we assure data security through signing NDA if needed.
